What experience do you have producing podcasts?+
Our team has been producing podcasts for 5+ years and has shipped over 500 episodes across the portfolio of shows we manage. We understand what works, and how to produce high quality content that resonates with your audience.
Do I need an existing show to work with ParlayFM?+
No. We work with shows at any stage, from concept through to launch and beyond. Our Self tier is designed for teams building from the ground up who want a solid production foundation without handing over the reins.
What equipment do I need?+
We record using Riverside.fm, which runs in your browser. For audio, we recommend a USB condenser microphone and a quiet recording environment. We will advise you on the right setup as part of onboarding. No guesswork needed.
How quickly can we get started?+
Most clients are live within 30 days of signing. Our onboarding process includes a pilot episode with an extended feedback loop before your regular production cadence begins, so we get it right from the start.
What is the difference between Supported and Handled?+
In both tiers, ParlayFM produces your episodes end-to-end. The difference is what happens after production. Supported delivers polished content to you for publishing. You own your channels and manage your own posting. Handled means we manage your social channels, post your content, and build and maintain your branded podcast website. You focus on the conversation. We handle everything else.
Can you help us find a sponsor?+
Yes, as an optional add-on across Supported and Handled tiers. We broker sponsorships via the BettingStartups network at a 20% commission on the value secured. We only pursue sponsors that are a genuine fit for your show and audience. No awkward mismatches.
What platforms do you publish to?+
Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, and any other distribution platform relevant to your show. We set up and manage your publishing workflow as part of onboarding, so your episodes land where your audience already is.
Is ParlayFM exclusively for real money gaming companies?+
Our core expertise and focus is real money gaming, covering operators, B2B vendors, and growth-stage startups in the space. We may consider adjacent industries on a case-by-case basis, but real money gaming is where we are genuinely embedded and where we deliver the most value.
Is there a minimum commitment?+
Yes. We bill monthly but ask for a minimum commitment upfront so we can invest properly in your show from day one. Self tier requires a three-month minimum. Supported and Handled both require a six-month minimum. After your initial term, agreements roll month-to-month with 30 days written notice to cancel. We find that shows which commit to a full production cycle get meaningfully better results, and these terms reflect that.
What if I want to change tiers as my show grows?+
Tier changes are straightforward. We discuss any scope adjustments and update your agreement at the next billing cycle. Most clients start on Supported and move to Handled as their content strategy matures. We make that transition seamless.
